Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher I to join our team at Block 22 Hotels. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a proper supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables.
• Ensure a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff.
• Clean work areas and all equipment used in food preparation.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and practices.
• May assist with light prep work.

Requirements:

• Ability to work quickly and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
