Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of four motivated Customer Service Specialists to support our client's operations in Richmond, VA. In this capacity, you will serve as a primary resource for employees and managers within the healthcare sector, delivering exceptional customer service and human resources assistance. This on-site position demands a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and adept at managing a high volume of inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service by actively engaging with employee and manager inquiries, asking relevant questions, and ensuring thorough resolution.
  • Deliver precise HR-related information and support through various communication methods, including phone and case management systems.
  • Address complex employee matters with a focus on swift and effective resolution, escalating to HR team members when necessary.
  • Utilize the case management system consistently and accurately to document, modify, and close cases.
  • Uphold confidentiality when managing employee data or sensitive information.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively based on the urgency of the inquiry.
  • Utilize the knowledge base to provide consistent and reliable information to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a call center or similar environment with a high volume of telephone inquiries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour

These offerings provide employees the flexibility to select coverage that meets their individual needs.
