At Sam's Club, we're seeking a skilled Optometrist to provide exceptional vision care to our members. As an Optometrist, you'll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based eye care, recommending and prescribing medications and treatment options, and educating patients on eye health.

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat vision defects
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
• Develop treatment plans based on patients' clinical presentation using evidence-based care guidelines
• Represent the company in vision care and patient engagement, delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care experience

• Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice
