About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Aloft Downtown Minneapolis. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest room is clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No prior housekeeping experience required; related hospitality or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions
  • Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
