Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on the account team, providing clinical consulting services to analyze drug utilization patterns and trends for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients.
- Deliver quarterly and annual reporting to clients on the clinical aspects of their benefit plan, leveraging your presentation skills to educate and inform.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other clinicians to implement and adopt CVS Health's clinical programs and solutions, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- 3+ years of managed care pharmacist experience or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
- Experience in a client-facing role within the managed care environment.
- Competitive pay range: $90,000 - $259,560.00.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
