About the Role:

At Mount Carmel Health System, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to patients requiring respiratory care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care by creating a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care.
  • Ensure an environment of patient safety, promote evidence-based practice, and quality initiatives, and exhibit professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a 2 or 4-year Respiratory Care Program degree.
  • Required to be a Certified Respiratory Therapist, obtaining RRT within 90 days.
  • We will pay for National Board Respiratory Credentialing to assist in becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
