Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for conducting radiographic procedures, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct radiographic procedures, including positioning patients and operating imaging equipment
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and safety, adhering to department standards and protocols
  • Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable, computed radiography, and PACS equipment
  • Deliver patient care and maintain a safe and secure patient and work environment
  • Participate in department and hospital-based committees and continuing education programs to develop leadership skills and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technology
  • Current RT License in the State of Illinois
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light, medium, or heavy lifting as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
