Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiopharmaceutical Specialist to join our team at TGL Medstaff.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work in a dynamic environment, performing various radiopharmaceutical procedures and imaging studies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and documenting radiopharmaceuticals, preparing and administering radioactive isotopes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and radiation safety protocols.
We require a Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist by the ARRT or a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the NMTCB. SCRQSA Certification is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures on all patients
- Receive and document radiopharmaceuticals in computer systems for regulatory compliance
- Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies
- Dispose of radioactive materials and store radiopharmaceuticals per regulatory requirements
- Practice radiation safety at all times
Benefits:
- $4200 per week gross approx.
- 5x8 Hour shifts
- 8-hour days 5 days per week 6am-2pm
- Fluoro procedures and OR experience required
- X-ray certified, Requires Utah X-ray license
- 13 weeks contract
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
