Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flex Technician to join our team at Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA. As a Flex Technician, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to fulfill tasks in multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and tools to meet department standards and quality requirements.
  • Establish quality by meeting each department's standards and working to ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Maintain production and quality by meeting each department's standard for operation and meeting all stated requirements.
  • Communicate with Quality Control and Sales departments to expedite sample shipments.
  • Answer telephone, emails, and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a good attitude toward work and arrive on time for the start of the shift.
  • Follow instructions and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate well with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 40 or more pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Completion of vocational training in machine shop.
  • Previous work experience in the same or similar field.
