Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies through effective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Supervise and assist maintenance personnel to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and interviews to ensure high standards of maintenance performance.
  • Oversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts, and supplies to support maintenance activities.
  • Develop and conduct training activities to enhance maintenance personnel skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Process employees' Kronos records for weekly payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required, as this position is subject to change as the needs of the department evolve.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a related field, or 5-10 years of experience in maintenance management in automotive/industrial manufacturing.
  • 5 years of maintenance management experience, including supervisory and training in automotive or an industrial-related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with welding automation.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with equipment maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment: hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable controllers, motion control, and machine shop.
