Position Overview:
We are in search of a full-time, on-site Production and Operations Manager in the sports apparel sector. This role involves overseeing multiple facets of the production and operational workflow to guarantee efficiency, quality, and timely product delivery. Key Responsibilities:
1. **Production Planning and Scheduling:** Responsible for devising production schedules that align with customer demand while optimizing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
2. **Supply Chain Coordination:** Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the prompt delivery of raw materials and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
3. **Quality Assurance:** Establish and uphold quality control protocols to ensure products meet established standards, including conducting inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
4. **Operational Enhancement:** Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
5. **Team Leadership:** Oversee and mentor a team of production personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
6. **Health and Safety Oversight:** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
7. **Logistics Management:** Supervise the logistics and distribution processes, including packaging, warehousing, and transportation of finished products to clients or retail outlets.

Qualifications:

The actual annual salary offered will be based on various factors, including experience, geographic location, education, and skills, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
