Job Summary

Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Porter. This is a full-time, salaried position within the auto industry, located in Milpitas, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Service Department drive way
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of customers' vehicles
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industry
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
