Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates instruction to clients, building a strong client base, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness studio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver customized Pilates programs for clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Conduct initial client assessments and goal-setting sessions to ensure effective program development.
- Instruct private, duet, and semi-private Pilates sessions, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Work closely with our Pilates Manager to build and maintain a strong client base, driving business growth and revenue.
- Complete administrative tasks related to client management, including scheduling and billing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
- Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program certification or equivalent.
- Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education through a recognized certification program.
- Valid certification(s) in Pilates instruction.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
