Location: Somerset, NJ

Reports To: Cell Manager, Unit Production Administration

Shift: Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sanitizer/ Parts Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient cleaning and sanitizing of machine parts, containers, and equipment. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment and identify improvement opportunities.

• Wash and sanitize all equipment, including filler wet parts, nozzles, and pumps
• Assemble and disassemble all equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify improvement opportunities
• Order parts and manage equipment
• Operate PIT 2 and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all L'Oreal Safety Standards and GMPs/SOPs
• Execute production schedules and comply with documentation requirements
• Maintain a spare part area and ensure change parts arrive and are returned as complete sets
• Work with the floor to improve changeover times and lead efforts to improve washroom efficiencies

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent safety and attendance records
• Ability to work overtime as required and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
• Computer literacy and organizational skills
