Residential Care Coordinator

AWARE is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Coordinator to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and comfortable home environment, empowering residents to live independently, and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support assigned staff in AWARE Group Homes
- Implement and monitor treatment plans for residents
- Provide therapeutic assistance and support in individual, group, and family situations
- Ensure effective communication between shifts
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field (equivalency considered based on experience and education)
- Minimum of two years' experience in a community-based program for the developmentally disabled
- Administrative experience with direct supervision of staff
- Valid Montana Driver's License
- Competitive salary of $57,075.20 per year
