Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Castle Co-Packers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant facility and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and production machinery
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems
  • Read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams
  • Work with Allen Bradley VFD systems
  • Troubleshoot 480v 3-phase electrical issues

Requirements:

  • Experience with electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley VFD systems and schematic wiring diagrams
  • Ability to work with 480v 3-phase electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

This is a second shift position, working from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position.
