About the Role

At Aecon Group, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Laborer to support our construction projects. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our worksites. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting cleanup activities, moving scaffolding materials, and performing general fire watch duties. You will also be responsible for monitoring FME areas and working as a confined space attendant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work site and office trailer cleanup activities
  • Support moving in and out of scaffold Materials
  • General Fire Watch Duties
  • FME Area monitoring
  • Confined Space attendant duties

Requirements
  • Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work long hours per day when required, occasionally in outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to use stairs, ladders, and climb over rough terrain
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • General knowledge of Site Fire Watch Requirements / Site Fire watch Trained
  • General knowledge of Site FME Requirements / Site FME Trained
  • The ability to work with others in a team
