Otolaryngologist/ENT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Otolaryngologist/ENT Physician to join our team at NorthBay Healthcare. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including hearing and balance disorders, sinusitis, and head and neck cancers.
- Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal and sinus procedures, and head and neck surgery.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals
- Work closely with speech therapists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Medical Research and Technology
- Stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and techniques in the field of otolaryngology.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education and Certification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in otolaryngology.
- Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in otolaryngology procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal and sinus procedures, and head and neck surgery.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
- Total compensation range: $500,000 - $680,000.
