Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Otolaryngologist/ENT Physician to join our team at NorthBay Healthcare. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Patient Care
    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including hearing and balance disorders, sinusitis, and head and neck cancers.
    • Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal and sinus procedures, and head and neck surgery.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals
    • Work closely with speech therapists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Medical Research and Technology
    • Stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and techniques in the field of otolaryngology.
    • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
    • Board certification in otolaryngology.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience in otolaryngology procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal and sinus procedures, and head and neck surgery.
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
