We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care to patients within the scope of licensure, utilizing the nursing process to facilitate continuing health care.
- Identify common and recurring nursing needs of patients and recognize the need for and perform routine office procedures and testing.
- Assist patients to achieve basic health care goals and identify patient education needs, providing instruction or referring appropriately.
- Assist staff in institutional quality improvement measures and office standards of practice, and provide telephone advice to patients per physician-specific protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings and perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Required licensure/certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of NH, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
