Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Parkview Healthcare Facility. As an LPN or RN, you will be responsible for providing excellent care to our residents, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
This role will include:
- Providing safe medication administration and conducting resident assessments
- Monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Developing relationships with residents and healthcare team members
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and facilitating resident admissions and discharges
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in Nursing
- Patient care experience as an LPN or RN
- A valid LPN or RN license
