- Staff Management
- Manage and coordinate the work activities of staff members to maximize office potential.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Patient Care
- Work closely with physicians and staff to create an optimal patient experience.
- Oversee and monitor patient flow to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Research and respond to patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Facility Management
- Responsible for inventory management, including administrative and clinical supplies.
- Consult with the Director of Operations to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with administration, staff, and patients to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Participate in meetings and committees as required to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills
- Knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff and patients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions
The Administrative Manager will work in a normal office environment, requiring sitting and standing for extended periods. The role may involve occasional travel to other office locations.
