  • Facility Management
    • Responsible for inventory management, including administrative and clinical supplies.
    • Consult with the Director of Operations to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with administration, staff, and patients to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
    • Participate in meetings and committees as required to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff and patients.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Conditions

The Administrative Manager will work in a normal office environment, requiring sitting and standing for extended periods. The role may involve occasional travel to other office locations.
