Custodian Position Overview

At Anza Management, we are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Custodian to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our apartment community.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities: The Custodian will perform basic custodial maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing of building floors. They will also gather and empty trash, service and clean restrooms, and monitor building security and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications: No prior experience necessary, but must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
