Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for safely transporting, sorting, and stocking merchandise, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Handling: Safely transport incoming and outgoing merchandise to designated areas using appropriate tools and vehicles, including handheld devices, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
- Quality Inspections: Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Management: Safely sort and place merchandise on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders as needed.
- Damage Control: Remove damaged merchandise and place it in its designated area.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including the dock and aisles.
- Experience: One year of related experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods, 6 months to 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, bilingual preferred.
- Education: High School graduate or GED.
- Personal Qualities: Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Position is for our store located in El Paso, TX. Schedule is Sunday night to Thursday night, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
