Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Paralegal at Defiant Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and legal teams, conducting research, and reviewing documents on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
  • Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams to ensure seamless case management
  • Conduct research to support legal cases and provide expert analysis
  • Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve case goals

Requirements
  • Strong legal document preparation and review skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in law and conducting legal research
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Paralegal certification is a plus
