OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of North Hardin Rehab & Wellness. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
You will supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will also confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess an Active RN license in the state of residence, Current/active CPR Certification, and excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. You must also be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
