Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to patient care, safety, and quality.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Human Resources
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to promote a positive work environment.
Quality Improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Community Relations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Represent our organization at community events and conferences, promoting our mission and values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare organization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
