Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, providing a variety of aesthetic treatments, and upholding our high standards of safety and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and provide a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws.
  • Maintain accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction.
  • Uphold facility standards by ensuring all treatment rooms, devices, and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed individual key performance metrics (i.e., revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems.
  • Educate all non-members on the benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforce the benefit of membership to current members.
  • Ensure an 85%+ booked clinic schedule.
  • Represent Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner credential.
  • Licensed to practice in the state of the designated clinic.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills, including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
