Job Summary

Maintain the integrity of Walker Medical Center's plumbing systems to ensure a safe and functional environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, water, gas, and drainage systems.
  • Install new plumbing system components, faucets, sinks, toilets, valves, etc.
  • Assist in planning for expansion/renovation projects and forecasting operating budget and capital needs.
  • Perform maintenance, service, repair, testing, inspection, and installation of plumbing/piping systems and components.
  • Maintain inventory parts and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years of progressive experience with a plumbing or construction company or experience in a commercial or hospital service environment.
  • Master plumber's license required.
