About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (for some locations).
