Huddle House is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete maintenance and repair requests.
- Demonstrate expertise in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, and Painting.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to uphold facility standards.
- Pool maintenance experience is advantageous.
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment; possession of personal tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
