Helicopter Pilot

Air Methods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our flight crew, you will be responsible for operating our aircraft in a safe and legal manner, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

• Operate Air Methods' aircraft in a safe and legal manner
• Complete pre-flight checks and verify the aircraft is airworthy
• Participate in regular meetings and activities to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct detailed flight planning and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, EMS representatives, and the public

• Commercial and Instrument Rating for category and class of aircraft
• ATP rating in category meets this requirement
• First or Second Class FAA Medical certificate required
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two to five years related experience and/or training
