About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented Retail Ambassador to join our team at Warby Parker. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a positive store environment, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Promote a retail environment that is efficient, inclusive, and service-minded, setting the standard for our brand.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and offer personalized style advice to customers, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ideas to enhance the glasses-shopping experience, staying ahead of the curve in the retail industry.
  • Act as a team player, leading by example and contributing to a positive, fun work environment.
  • Take charge of floor operations, including sales, customer service, and team management, when a manager is not present.
  • Ensure the store is welcoming and inclusive, treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Your Qualifications:

  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, with a minimum of 6 months in a management position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Cool under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • A go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • A team player who is passionate about helping customers and colleagues alike.
  • An innovative, proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Proud of your work and self-motivated to be a top performer, always striving for excellence.
  • Committed to maintaining a positive, fun work environment, even during long hours.
  • Not listed on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
