Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spray Products Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to resolve equipment issues and implement improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to production personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and SDS standards in the maintenance area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Must provide own tools required for job responsibilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work overtime and nights as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Electrical, pneumatic, plumbing/pipefitting, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing plant environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
