Descripción del Puesto: Proporcionar apoyo en limpieza y mantenimiento a las operaciones de fabricación de la planta de Rochester.

Tareas específicas incluyen:

  • Mantener un entorno de producción limpio y seguro que cumpla con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
  • Mantenimiento de pisos, recolección de basura y reciclaje.
  • Limpiezas de patógenos transmitidos por la sangre, comunicaciones entre turnos y otras tareas asignadas.
  • Se requiere flexibilidad para horas extras y turnos.

Calificaciones:

  • Diploma de secundaria o GED.
  • Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar en inglés.
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en limpieza o mantenimiento preferido.
  • Capacitación en salud, higiene y patógenos transmitidos por la sangre es un plus.
  • Capacidad para aprobar una prueba de rendimiento de operador de montacargas en un plazo de 45 días desde la contratación.
  • Experiencia previa en el despojo, sellado y encerado de superficies de pisos duros es preferida.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en un entorno de trabajo en equipo.

Herramientas:

  • Carro, trapeador, balde, escoba, productos químicos, equipo, compactador, montacargas, fregadora de piso automática, fregadora de piso rotativa, escalera, transpaleta, elevador vertical.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs.
  • Materiales peligrosos - patógenos transmitidos por la sangre.
  • Otro equipo de protección personal necesario: guantes, gafas de seguridad, protección auditiva y zapatos de seguridad.
