Job Overview

The Waters is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our part-time team. As a key member of our care community, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and performing treatments
  • Lead teams of CNAs in the provision of excellent care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in elder care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing by the state in which the community is located required or ability to obtain license
  • Experience with general nursing and elder care required
