Expert Physical Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Mobility Therapist Specialist to join our team at Host Healthcare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to achieve their physical therapy goals.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Mobility Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility, strength, and overall health. You will work closely with healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility, strength, and overall health.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities, to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• A degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state where you will be working.
• At least 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
