Intelligence Operations Specialist

The Intelligence Operations Specialist role encompasses thorough intelligence analysis across various networks, both domestic and international, with the goal of presenting findings in both written and verbal formats to senior officials and pertinent agencies. Responsibilities also include crafting urgent intelligence products, executing detailed data assessments, collaborating with partners, and adhering to established research and analytical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct OSINT, unclassified and classified LEI, CUI, and criminal intelligence research across multiple networks for threat identification both within the U.S. and abroad.
  • Deliver comprehensive written and oral presentations of intelligence findings to senior leaders in the Department of Defense, Army, and other federal agencies as directed.
  • Prepare and disseminate time-sensitive intelligence products to fulfill indication and warning requirements.
  • Engage with community partners across various law enforcement and intelligence agencies to support mission objectives.
  • Perform data correlation, link analysis, and trend assessment to identify patterns related to domestic and international threats.
  • Travel as necessary to attend conferences and collaborative meetings with community partners.
  • Apply analytic research methods in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in intelligence or crime analysis, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in criminal or military intelligence.
  • Completion of a recognized law enforcement or military intelligence training program.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possession of a valid DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance within the last five years.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Willingness to support 24/7 operations, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-tempo environment and make timely recommendations.
  • Expertise in research, analysis, and writing, with experience in fact verification.
  • Proficiency in presenting threat analysis in both written and oral formats.
  • Experience in preparing and revising documentation and reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with law enforcement or intelligence databases.
  • Experience with various intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
