Sales Territory Underwriter

• Evaluate and assess risks to lead profitable growth for our agency partners in your territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive enterprise-wide growth and profit within your territory.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with assigned agency relationships to deliver a diverse and profitable portfolio.
• Provide leadership and support to other field disciplines within designated agency relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks to inform decision-making.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel and visit agencies within your territory regularly.
• Strategic business plan development skills.

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $152,000 annually, as well as opportunities for annual cash bonuses and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
