We are in search of a dedicated Quick Lube Technician to enhance our service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing routine oil changes, tire maintenance, comprehensive vehicle inspections, and lubrication services as designated.
Work ScheduleDays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (every other weekend)

- Execute maintenance tasks, including oil and filter changes, lubrication, and other services as specified on service tickets, ensuring adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct inspections and report any necessary maintenance or replacement needs.
- Monitor fluid levels and replenish as required.
- Perform Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections.
- Complete follow-up stickers and affix them to the vehicle's windshield.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Document all services performed accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work.
- Participate in training sessions.
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
- Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean during service.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding waste disposal.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management, fostering a team-oriented environment.
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive maintenance.
- Capability to perform safety inspections and document findings.
- Ability to prepare estimates for maintenance and minor repairs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a desire for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures.
- Experience operating electronic diagnostic tools.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred: Technical degree or formal training in automotive service.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a service department.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
