Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Teacher's Aid to join our dynamic team at Creekside Kids. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing support to our teaching staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  2. Assisting with daily tasks such as preparing snacks, supervising outdoor activities, and facilitating transitions between lessons.
  3. Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a genuine passion for early childhood education. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while prior experience working with children is highly desirable.
