Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
- Administer medications as ordered with accurate documentation.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to facility standards.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess basic PC skills.
- Must have a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing and hold BLS certification.
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) is highly desirable.
