We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Manager to join our OS Design team at Cash App.
The Operating System (OS) team at Cash App takes a horizontal view of the Cash App, responsible for defining and governing the overarching product experience, ensuring our customers experience a high-quality, intuitive app.
This team is part innovators, part systems thinkers, and is at the center of Cash app's future. We are looking for an imaginative and driven design leader to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our leadership team, other designers across Cash app, and cross-functional partners to create world-class work.
- Establish and lead direction on core product experiences, interactions, and new features.
- Partner fluidly between stakeholders to drive direction and help build our OS systematically.
- Ensure that the magic of the Cash App brand is felt through our product.
- Promote an inclusive environment for design excellence and growth, facilitating connections across teams and disciplines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product design leadership, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
