Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our front-end operations and staff consistently deliver exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with upper management to proactively address issues and concerns through effective communication, adherence to company policies, and comprehensive training for front-end partners. Your goal is to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your team of front-end partners by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including optimizing checkout processes and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with management to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-end environment that reflects our commitment to quality.
Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable.
