Role Overview

Job Summary

This is a 10-hour per shift, night shift position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in utilizing various imaging equipment. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality images, maintaining patient safety and satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our client's healthcare facility.

Responsibilities
  1. Produce high-quality X-ray images while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.
  3. Develop and maintain effective communication skills, interacting professionally with patients, staff members, and visitors.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest medical imaging technologies, techniques, and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities when available.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current license or certification as an X-Ray Technologist (RT)
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations and personalities
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, prioritizing safety and satisfaction above all else
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $63,200-$83,100, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, LanceSoft offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
