Customer Service:

Product Handling and Stocking:

Cash Handling and Operations:

* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns as needed.

Teamwork and Communication:

* Work cooperatively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent required;
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred;
* Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system;
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies;
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, friendly attitude.
