Key Responsibilities- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned, adhering to dealer and factory standards.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Notify service advisors immediately if repairs cannot be completed on time.
- Road-test vehicles when required.
- Attend factory-sponsored training classes to stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge.
- High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is a must.
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or manufacturing training is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Technician is necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and a drug test.
- Total available compensation up to $50+ per hour through flat rate and tenure/longevity bonuses.
- Relocation and sign-on bonuses available.
