Main Responsibilities:

The Materials Scientist will provide technical oversight of raw materials and consumables utilized during the manufacture of small molecules to ensure a reliable supply of material with safety first and quality always.

This position is responsible for providing technical support to the Lebanon manufacturing site with an emphasis on the scientific aspects of materials (raw materials, consumables) used in production.

The successful candidate will help to build the processes and facility to enable a successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering field
  • 1+ years of manufacturing lab experience, preferably in a cGMP environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to independently master assigned processes and to coordinate activities with internal and external partners
Additional Preferences:
  • Experience in organic synthesis
  • Experience in API manufacturing
  • An understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
