Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of five (5) years of scheduling experience in a regulated environment (Pharmaceutical/Biotech preferred).
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Work Schedule: Administrative, adaptable to business requirements.

  • Experience in:
    • Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) Processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize Primavera P6 to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, detailing tasks, dependencies, resources, and milestones. Ensure schedules are precise and reflect the current project status.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify task durations, and synchronize project schedules with overarching objectives.
  • Monitor project activities, identify potential delays or challenges, and communicate updates to the project team. Conduct regular site assessments to confirm progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Employ critical path analysis and other scheduling methodologies to assess project timelines, identify critical paths, and suggest solutions to mitigate potential delays.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to review schedule updates, address concerns, and ensure project timeline alignment.
  • Produce regular schedule reports and presentations to convey project status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of schedules for Operational Readiness activities, ensuring timely completion and seamless project transitions.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling updates, address inquiries, and contribute to planning discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling workflows, implement best practices, and improve scheduling efficiency.
