Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Clinician III - LCSW is a key member of our integrated care team, working closely with primary care providers to assess and treat individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use issues. This role requires a highly motivated and self-directed LCSW who can work autonomously and collaboratively to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to clinicians as assigned
  • Develop and present educational programs aligned with professional interests and skills
  • Work with patients to provide treatment interventions for behavioral health/SUD concerns and develop whole health and wellness recovery plans
  • Consult with primary care providers in real time to assist patients with psychosocial issues
  • Document in the patients' electronic health record in a complete and timely manner

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
