HVAC Controls Specialist

HCT Control Technology is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting Building Automation Systems in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and maintain existing EMS/BAS systems as directed by supervisor
- Install and service new systems, including sensor, relay, programming, and controller replacements or additions
- Provide IT support, including router power cycling, configuration, and testing of internet connectivity
- Coordinate with Service Operations Coordinator to resolve issues and verify resolutions
- Develop programming skills to provide self-sufficient service when remote support is not possible
- 1-3 years of experience in an industry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems
- Knowledge of basic BAS control components (AI, UI, DO, DI, Relays, Triacs, etc)
- Strong working knowledge and adherence to National Electric Code
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems sequence
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
